The Management moves into the US market

STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN, April 18, 2010 - The Management AB, today announced it will move into the US market and establish its business through relationships with strategic partners primarily on the East Coast of the United States. The business will be focused on turn-around prospects, and re-capitalization of companies owning Intellectual Property assets.

Mr. Anders Sagadin & Mr. Anders Rudlang, founders of The Management, will use their vast knowledge and understanding of the software product and services business and utilize the existing connections on the US market developed over the past twenty years.
