The Management Exits its investment ENERGYfront AS

STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN, Nov 3, 2009 - The Management AB, today announced the Exit of its fully owned company, ENERGYfront AS, in an all share transaction to EG A/S, a fully owned Nordic Capital company - a leader in the Nordic private equity market.

ENERGYfront is providing software for the Energy/AMR market, metering- and customer service (CIS) solutions. The main key clients are within the power sector.

The terms of the agreement are confidential.

"We saw the investment to be more long term than short. There are no silver bullets and after we acquired the business we immediately started to carve out a new strategy for the business to enable us to be on a growth path for the years to come. We couldn't approach it better and we couldn't get a more experienced owner to the business in the near future as we got early with EG Utility, them being one of the most significant players in the Nordic territory and also being on a growth path on the Norwegian market where ENERGYfront was the third largest actor," said Mr. Anders Rudlang, CEO and Mr. Anders Sagadin, Chairman, ENERGYfront.
