The Management moves into the Venture Capital Business

STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN, February 20, 2007 - The Management AB, today announced it will move into the venture capital business and will focus on in-house early-stage investments and to take positions in high-potential, growth mid-stage companies and in turn-around prospects carrying Intellectual Property assets.

Mr. Anders Sagadin & Mr. Anders Rudlang, founders of The Management, will use their vast knowledge and understanding from the software business wherein investments primarily will be carried out, to generate returns through IPO's or trade sales of investments.

"We are both excited to move into the venture capital business as we have worked close with for many years, now more actively through our own direct investments. We are sure that our experience, from both the venture and software business will enable us to do wise and sensible investments.
