Contract for Interim Management for Meter2Cash AS

STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN, May 19, 2006 - The Management AB, today announced its cooperation with the Landis & Gyr owned company Meter2Cash AS. The company is providing software for the Energy/AMR market, metering- and customer service solutions with key clients within the power and telecom sector.

The Management's team through one of its co-founders, Anders Rudlang, is commencing an Interim Management role as Executive Vice President for Sales & Marketing in the Nordic market for Meter2Cash AS. Mr. Rudlang will also be responsible for the daily operation and play an active role in re-positioning the company. A new strategy, new product portfolio and a new market driven organization, will be some of the major missions to be worked out by Mr. Rudlang together with key-staff within the Meter2Cash organization.

The most significant goal for the assignment is to prepare the company to be one of the key-players in the Nordic market place. The Nordic Power Market represent the most advanced and deregulated market in the world for metering, data acquisition & administration, billing & CRM services.
