The founders, Anders Sagadin and Anders Rudlang are commencing the new business after many years of joint business relationships together. They have more than 50 year's extensive experience from executive management in the Small to Mid-Size Companies sector and also larger corporations. The experience oversees many industries including high technology, manufacturing and services.

Our strategic thinking and business ethics are closely aligned after working in senior positions in multinational companies. With broad and complementary backgrounds of functional experience, board assignments, acquisition & venture assistance, turnaround specialists and P&L responsibility, we provide a very experienced and balanced approach to assessing performance issues in, and leadership requirements and most importantly we enable you and your company to improve your cross-cultural team efficiency dramatically.
